The program "Digital Transactions B’" starts

The new grant program "Digital Transactions B’" aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the Greek market, actively assisting their transition to the new digital era. Through the provision of vouchers, businesses have the opportunity to acquire modern digital tools and services that contribute to the modernization of their daily operations.
The program covers needs related to electronic invoicing, receipt and transaction management, the connection of cash register systems with POS terminals, as well as the upgrade of software and equipment. It is addressed to businesses of all sectors and industries, encouraging the adoption of digital solutions that improve productivity, organization, and customer service.

Funding Intensity
The funding intensity ranges from 90% to 100% of the total requested budget depending on the expenditure category.
Eligible Beneficiaries
Under this Program, existing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are supported, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- They operate within the Greek territory with a Greek VAT number.
- They are active on the date of application submission to the Program.
- They have not received support in the same Action Category in a previous cycle of the "Digital Transactions" Program.
- They operate in an eligible business activity.
Categories of Actions
- Category 1: Procurement of new or replacement of existing EFT/POS systems.
- Category 3: Subscription to electronic invoicing services and invoicing software.
- Category 4: Upgrade of fiscal devices and electronic signature mechanisms for integration with EFT/POS systems.
- Category 5: Procurement of a new cash register system or replacement of existing EAFDSS and non-upgradable fiscal devices (excluding food service businesses).
- Category 6: Procurement of a new cash register system or replacement of fiscal devices, specifically for food service businesses.
- Category 7: Software upgrades, improvements, and technical support for connected POS systems.
