Financing Business Plans

Bank lending can be a cost-effective form of financing, in many cases cheaper than using the company's own funds. The precondition is a financial strategy and a proper assessment of each case on its own merits.

We prepare the file the bank will examine and handle the negotiation that follows, so that the company obtains the financing that suits it, on the best terms available.

How we work

PHASE
01

Analysis of the current position
The company's financial position and the viability of the investment plan, before any application is made.
PHASE
02

Preparing the business plan
A complete business plan making the case for the financing that suits the company.
PHASE
03

Negotiating with the banks
The most favourable offer on interest rate, term and collateral.
PHASE
04

Implementation support
Support during the implementation of the financed investment plan.

Bank financing is available not only to existing businesses but also to new companies and those still being set up, provided the plan demonstrates their viability.

We know the procedures and assessment criteria of the Greek banks, and prepare every file with them in mind.

If the investment qualifies for a subsidised programme, bank lending often covers the part that is not subsidised. If the objective is not new financing but better terms on existing borrowing, see financial restructuring.
