Development Law: 2 new calls, applications are open
2 new announcements of the Development Law 4399/2016, with a total budget of 805 million euros, were published in the Official Gazette on May 22, 2021.
These are the Aid Schemes "Very Small and Small Enterprises", "General Entrepreneurship" and "Very Small and Small Enterprises".
Specifically:
1st Announcement: "General Entrepreneurship"
The total budget for the call for proposals is € 400 million, of which € 120 million for grant subsidy, lease subsidy and employment cost subsidy comes from the Public Investment Budget and EUR 280 million relates to the type of tax exemption aid.
It is addressed to companies that are located or have a branch in Greece in the form of a sole proprietorship, commercial company, cooperative, Coin.S.Ep., Agricultural Cooperative, Producers Group or Agricultural Partnerships.
The minimum eligible height is defined based on the size of the carrier, ie:
a. for large companies, in the amount of 500,000 euros
b. for medium-sized enterprises and cooperatives in the amount of 250,000 euros
c. for small businesses, in the amount of 150,000 euros
d. for very small businesses, in the amount of 100,000 euros
e. for Koin.S.Ep, Agricultural Cooperatives, Producer Groups (POs) and Agricultural Partnerships, in the amount of 50,000 euros.
Deadline for applications is July 30, 2021.
2nd Announcement: "Very Small and Small Businesses"
The budget amounts to EUR 405 million, of which EUR 400 million for grant aid, leasing subsidy and job creation subsidy, come from the Public Investment Budget, and EUR 5 million concerning the type of tax exemption aid.
It is aimed at companies with less than 10 employees and their annual turnover and / or total assets does not exceed 10 million euros.
The minimum eligible amount of the investment for the inclusion of investment projects in the specific aid scheme is:
a. for small businesses, the amount of 150,000 euros
b. for very small businesses, the amount of 100,000 euros
