Savidakis SA is a rapidly growing family business that produces, stores and bottles olive oil, placing it in international and domestic markets, while offering a wide range of Cretan and Greek products. With continuous investment in infrastructure, it has managed to achieve significant growth rates the recent years.
When the partnership with MDC Stiakakis began, the company was ready to take the next development step. However, in order for this step to be successful, the company had to build an organizational structure that will be able to undertake the work needed in order to move to the next level. Equally important also was the ability to measure the results of the plan that would be implemented.
In collaboration with the company's executives, we created the internal operational structure required for a clear delegation of responsibilities, better audit, time savings and mistakes reduction. In addition, an automated data analysis system was implemented to monitor the plan, which is at the heart of all decisions concerning the operation and development of the company.
