Accounting & Payroll Associate

Description

MDC Stiakakis is looking for an ambitious associate to join our accounting department and take on the accounting and tax supervision of client-companies.

Job Summary

  1. Bookkeeping and monitoring of B’ category accounting books.
  2. Payroll preparation and submission for clients.
  3. Handling labor law and social security-related matters.
  4. Participation in the tax supervision of clients.
  5. Collaboration with other internal teams (consulting, data analysis).

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Experience in B’ category bookkeeping and payroll preparation/submission.
  • Familiarity with accounting and payroll software.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Skills in using A.I. tools.
  • Team spirit, responsibility, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the digital work card system and related submissions (ERGANI, myErgani).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
