What is the Early Warning Mechanism? How does it work;
Every citizen and business has the opportunity to receive free information about the legislation, ie what applies and what are their rights and obligations regarding their debts and how they can deal with them. The information is provided by EGDIX, through the local Centers - Borrower Information and Support Offices that operate throughout Greece.
The Law also provides the opportunity for institutional bodies, such as the Chambers to provide free information, as well as specialized guidance and counseling services to their members.
The chambers will provide free specialized services, which will aim at business support, guidance and strengthening of business thinking, in order to remove the risk of the interested entrepreneur falling into a state of insolvency.
