From the submission of the application until the completion of the procedure, the confiscations of accounts and the auctions are suspended, ie the coercive measures and the enforcement acts.
This suspension does not cover the conduct of an auction, which is scheduled within three (3) months from the date of submission of the application by the debtor, as well as any procedural action in preparation for the auction by a guarantor (including the foreclosure).
