We would like to thank ANTHOUSSA SA who once again trusted us as a part of the team that managed to participate in the first rejection decision in Greece, issued by the Single Judicial Court of Heraklion, for the granting of a special management regime.

Our company as financial advisor of ANTHOUSA SA have undertaken the coordination of the financial part of the project. With the legal direction and cooperation of the lawyer Mr. Damianakis Charalambos and the financial director of the company Mr. Nosos Koutsogiorgos, the court was "persuaded" that the bank's request to the First Instance Court of Heraklion for the business ANTHOUSSA SA regarding the special management regime of Article 68 et seq. of Law 4307/2014, should be rejected.
