What is the digital signature?
The digital signature replaces the validation of the Responsible Declarations or other Documents and Printed Applications by the legal representative (through KEP or other public authority). It is necessary for the transmission of data and copies of notarial deeds, which is now done with the pilot program of ΥΠΕΚΑ, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance and notaries. Provides authentication of the signatory and protects against alterations of data and documents.
