The Action aims to support start-ups included in the National Register of Start-ups "Elevate Greece" in the form of a grant as working capital to cover their expenses and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European ERDF.

The Action Budget amounts to 60 million euros for all regions of the country.

Beneficiaries are SME companies, registered in the National Register of Start-ups "Elevate Greece".

Projects from 5,000 to 100,000 euros are subsidized, while the amount of the grant is at least 50% of the expenses of 2019. The amounts on which the above percentage will be calculated result from the sum of the purchases of consumer goods, the purchases of raw materials and consumables, the total of benefits, various operating expenses.

The evaluation of the proposals will be immediate, in order of priority (first in - first out), according to the date of electronic submission to the PSKE. There is no grading of the proposals, only a determination of compliance with the formal conditions of participation.

The paid-up working capital must be consumed by the beneficiaries within 2021, as will be proved by the form E3 of the year 2021.
