What is EN.F.I.A and who issues it?
The certificate of single private property tax is a public document drafted and issued by the Tax Authority and certifies that the same property is included in the Single Property Taxation Statement, and that the taxpayer has paid or has been legally discharged by EN.F.I.A. for the property concerned and has paid the overdue installments or has settled or has been legally exempt from the EN.F.I.A. for the remaining property, for which he is liable, for the five (5) previous years.
